Our Firm - Approach

Every client project is personally overseen by at least one of our firm’s principals: Mark Moeller and Dwayne Purcell. Our leadership is hands on and fully engaged, from initial concepts through certificate of occupancy.

The people doing the work on site are people we know and trust. We employ our own electrical and concrete experts, and have cultivated long term relationships with a top notch stable of trades people who share our high standards for quality and service. Some of these contractors have worked with us for over 20 years. Everyone who comes onto the job site has earned their place on our team.

Full service construction

Come to us with a specific design in mind or just a desire for a great space. Our in house architect will translate your vision, no matter how rough or fine tuned, into a workable concept and timeline.

We’re known for two things: efficiency and value. Clients like that we can quickly “get into their head” and produce a concrete plan, with thorough pricing, in only a matter of days. Sound, front-end planning is a hallmark of our firm, and makes for a strong building foundation.

We exceed expectations by adding value; sometimes in unexpected ways. Like when we were building a college baseball stadium, and noticed that a white building in the distance would interfere with the batter’s line of sight. This is the kind of issue we look out for so that adjustments can be made to the benefit of the project.
